ordering policies: minimum order and reorder: $150 - 6 per style and color on most items. normal ship time is usually no more than 2 weeks from receipt of order if item is in stock. if item is not in stock at time of order it will ship within 2 weeks of arrival of goods.
returns: damaged merchandise will happily be replaced if reported within 14 days of receipt. personalized merchandise cannot be returned. please check your merchandise carefully before personalizing. merchandise returned for reasons other than damage will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
while we do not zip code protect we do have a policy that limits the number of retail sites within a zip code. customers who do not purchase within a 6 month period will become inactive and therefore opening that zip code for potential new customers.
buckhead betties absolutely prohibits all of its products from being sold through web based auctions or buying groups such as yahoo buying groups, e-bay auction or e-bay store. We reserve the right to terminate business relations with any customer found violating this policy.
