NOTE: incomplete or inaccurate information will delay your processing time.

ordering policies: minimum opening order is $500; reorder is $150 - 6 per style and color on most items. our processing time is 1-2 weeks if item is in stock. if item is not in stock at time of order it will ship as soon as available. customers are only charged for items that ship.

please note for internet only customers there is a one-time photo usage fee of $75. this fee will be added to your opening order.

payment options are mc, visa, american express or discover cards only. we do not accept CODs or issue terms. your credit card is charged as soon as your order is shipped. please note - backorders are not charged until shipped.

buckhead betties sells to a limited number of stores in any marketplace. our goal is to match the number of stores to the size of the shopping base. new accounts are reviewed to verify information, location, and vicinity to existing stores. if multiple stores are in a marketplace, our goal is to have complimentary, not competitive situations.

at buckhead betties, we expect our items to be sold at a reasonable retail markup & in a retail environment. if we find that anyone is reselling our items at wholesale or near wholesale prices, taking part in "buy ins", or flea market type environments, we reserve the right to refuse future business with you. we do not condone ebay or etsy sales of our items, especially when our items are sold under retail markup.

damaged merchandise will happily be replaced if reported within 14 days of receipt. merchandise returned for reasons other than damage will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. personalized merchandise cannot be returned. please check your merchandise carefully before personalizing. email csr@thebuckheadbetties.com for all returns.
